3. Booking and Scheduling

Services are provided by appointment only. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule, but cannot guarantee specific time slots. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a fee
  • Emergency cancellations will be handled case-by-case

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on factors including property size, service type, frequency, and specific requirements. Payment terms include:

  • Payment due upon completion of service
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, online payment
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Access and Security

Client responsibilities include:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to property
  • Securing or removing valuable items
  • Providing gate codes, keys, or access instructions
  • Ensuring pets are secured during service
  • Disclosing any hazardous conditions

6. Insurance and Liability

Complete Cleaning Solutions carries comprehensive General Liability insurance for janitorial services. Our liability is limited to:

  • Direct damages caused by our negligence
  • Coverage amounts as specified in our insurance policy
  • Damages must be reported within 24 hours of service

Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear
  • Damage to items not properly secured
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Items valued over $500 unless specifically declared

7. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee:

  • Service issues must be reported within 24 hours
  • We will return to address legitimate concerns at no charge
  • Guarantee applies to standard cleaning procedures only
